| Our Staff team are able to lock swappers EXP since some time. swapping will be the reason that the exp will freeze. also working on an auto system to catch swappers without staff. for all swappers, take care :D |

If you forgot your Secret Question or Secret Answer or both, you might can request a recover on the forums, but its not sure if your request will get applied! |
